methods :- involve large scale studies. - Converting data to numbers.
Documentation
:- “written, printed, photographed, painted, or recorded material that can be
used to provide information or evidence” ( p 39).
Searching :-
ask three questions – 1 what am i looking for. 2
what are the most relevant terma.
3 what tools are best to use.
